The Italian Company, Salchi Metalcoat, S.r.I., established in the early 1990s, has from its beginning focused on the coatings and inks for coil coating and metal packaging. Over the last 30-years, they have grown their footprint and leadership in the metal packaging business from investments in new technology, application engineering, manufacturing and distribution and through the acquisitions of the well established product portfolios of Rembrandtin (Austria) and Schekolin (Liechtenstein).
Sheridan Chemical Company, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (United States), has entered into an agency agreement to provide mutually exclusive representation to the Salchi product line in both the US and Canada. According to Dave Sheridan, SCC’s Chairman and CEO, “our Team has decades of experience in the global packaging coatings business and we are proud to partner with such a known and broad product portfolio as Salchi’s.”
