Our new space will serve many functions including international toll finishing, agent & distributor partnerships, transloading & packaging, small batch production & blending, as well as tank wagon & tote cleaning.
We are pleased to announce that Sheridan Chemical Company will represent Salchi-Metalcoat Packaging Coatings here in North America. The Italian Company, Salchi Metalcoat, S.r.I., established in the early 1990s, has from its beginning focused on the coatings and inks for coil coating and metal packaging. Over the last 30-years, they have grown their footprint and leadership in the metal packaging business from investments in new technology, application engineering, manufacturing and distribution and through the acquisitions of the well established product portfolios of Rembrandtin (Austria) and Schekolin (Liechtenstein).
Sheridan Chemical Company, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (United States), has entered into an agency agreement to provide mutually exclusive representation to the Salchi product line in both the US and Canada. According to Dave Sheridan, SCC’s Chairman and CEO, “our Team has decades of experience in the global packaging coatings business and we are proud to partner with such a known and broad product portfolio as Salchi’s.”
Salchi’s CEO, Sebastiano Brenni added that “we are excited to welcome SCC to the Salchi family as it gives us the regional support and experience we need in the well-established North American market where many of our products for tube and monobloc, closures, general line and powder are already proven for product safety and performance in other regions of the world.”
